The deal is based on the buyer offering seller MT103/F23.

Seller will provide any initial quantity to transact the deal. After assay report buyer will transfer funds:

I, xxxxxxxxxxxxx, hereby on behalf of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with the assistance of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for export purposes, warrant under full corporate responsibility, under penalty of perjury that it has legal power and authority to sell gold as per the following terms and conditions:

PROCEDURE

1. Seller sends FCO and supporting documentation.
2. Buyer sends Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) On CIF
3. Buyer will issue a comprehensive bank Instruments country MT103/.
4. After confirmation of the Bank instrument by the seller’s bank, Seller commences shipment to buyer final refinery in ………………… Prior to departure, copy of export documentation will be sent out to the buyer/ refinery via e mail.
5. Seller’s Rep will accompany the 350kg test tranche throughout the delivery and during the assay in the buyer’s refinery in ………………..
6. Seller will inform Buyer via email when delivery will arrive.
7. 7. After smelting and issuing a new assay report, the buyer will transfer the agreed price to the seller’s bank account by swift/wire, to the sellers nominate bank account provided on the transaction

DOCUMENTATION

Seller’s company shall send the Buyer via email, copies of all official documents handed to Buyer’s authorized Representative, such as:

• Certificate of origin.
• Certificate of ownership.
• Certificate of non-criminal origin and, that the gold is free of all encumbrances.
• All export documents notarized.
• Customs declaration that all taxes and other duties have been paid for.
• Customs declaration and description of boxes quantity weight list describing each shipment transaction.
• Export company declaration that all charges, Taxes and any other duties have been paid full.
• Certificate of assay report issue by international recognized laboratory e.g. geological department.
